Bon Voyage!

We are almost out the door headed to our favorite place... Disneyland! Also Legoland, Universal, Beach and Aquarium of the pacific! We will get back Oct 5th! we cant wait! the kids are not sleeping and of course Derek has to work half day so we dont leave until 2 tomorrow! The boys have a bday party and we do have things to keep us busy! It is so hard getting everyone ready! Wish us luck and look for my post to come documenting our trip! I need to go watch the office premiere! I love this week, and TIVO! There are so many things to watch now! Survivor is also tonight, but I think I am the only one who cares about it anymore! We were so confused on Monday with Heroes! We were so hooked, and now we are losing hope! They are essentialy starting over with the series, and we are pissed off! how I met your mother is our favorite show right now! and who else watches dancing with the stars, or ANTM? I am routing for Brooke Burke! not sure for models yet, but was releaved Isis left!

We were outside trying to put up the remainder of our Halloween stuff, and took some fun pictures! Conner and Kate took them of each other it was cute! Evan "refused" to be in the pictures, and was off listening to his IPOD! I love Fall, and my house looks its best when its decorated for Fall! We love taking walks and drives in this perfect weather! Kate is loving Gymnastics and meets up with Brenna, her cousin who is one month younger than her, every Wednesday in Springville! I am now attempting to learn to sew, from Heidi... I didnt do well in 7th grade when I first tried home ec, but I hope I can pull it off! We bought fabric for Kates holiday dress yesterday! I have ideas for Kates dresses in my head, and I would love to create them! I wish I had something to teach Heidi, besides face painting! i hope everyone can enjoy this beautiful time of year! We leave in one week for our annual Disney/so Cal trip. We cant wait!

When Derek smiles his eyes close! Its so adorable, and his dimples! Oh, we all love him! You understand if you know him! This is also a current photo of our home, it will be a year 9/28 that we moved in! We love it! Payson is such an awesome place, we hated Utah until we moved here! I know a lot of folks think its country... I say go ahead! Think it! It keeps it to ourselves here! plus Jewel was born here, footloose was filmed at the high school across the street, and they just filmed another Disney film Hatching Pete here! Where else do you get Onion Days and front porch fires! I LOVE my baby Hallie! I didn't realize how healing getting her would be to me! She is a missing link we found in the family! Roxy is seeing more action now too, we thought we destroyed her! She loves looking out to Hallie! Conner just went to his BF Logan's baptism on Sat, and is ready to go! He will have his first sleepover, here for his B-day!

I wasnt blogging when Heidi Maloy (BFF) and I went to LA for wicked/30 yr old bday denial trip 6/2008! but I had to give the trip atleast one picture!

Payson fires (all pictures taken from our porch)

First fire in July, not much, it just bearly came over the edge, we were still up all night!
This was the beginnings of fire #2 in August, of course I was still far to into
"Breaking Dawn" to be too worried!

By that night we were packed up! (yet still reading book)
no homes were lost, but were evacuated!

It was waterproof, so we made it through!

I've arrived! We are getting anxious for our annual trip to Disneyland on the 26th, and are really pumped! It never gets old! The biggest news in our lives, is Conners 8th birthday Oct 14, and will soon be baptized! He is such a wonderful boy, we love him and are so proud of him! He is in 2nd grade, and a full head taller than his class! He is playing soccer right now, and is loves to play army with his best buddies Cole and Logan! Evan is 6 and in 1st grade, he is my cuddler! His little raspy voice is about the cutest thing ever! he is also playing soccer and adjusting very well to all day school, he is girl crazy though! we were playing apples to apples for Family night this week and we got the card "hot" and he said "boy I wish I had the "girl" card!!" Kate started formal preschool this year, and loves it! She goes with her BF Claire Maloy, and the two of them play for hours daily! She is also in her first dance, and gymnastics classes! She is our princess, and everybody knows it! Especially Daddy! We are also trying to buckle down and plan our 10 yr annv trip in Feb or the spring, depending on were we go for the weather! We were more than pleased to have the Broncos win their first game! As always we are anticipating the Fall, my fav time of the year! With the costumes already purchased, and the house decorated, we cant wait! We are attending the Disney halloween party on the 3rd of Oct, after hours! I'm sure I will post it! I am going through twilight withdrwls and would love a good recomendation for a good book!
