Averi Noelle and Audrey Mae

The cutest dang cousins that ever were! Averi on the left born June 15th (11 min shy of my bday), Audrey on the right born May 27th. This was so much better than going to Kiddie Kandids and trying to calm a baby down there, I don't work well under pressure... It was nice to do this in Colettes living room. We knew we would regret it if we didn't do this. Cant wait to give one to Grandma!

I love this, Derek looked at this and said "All I see is diapers", I dont think he gets it... I love the chubby legs they are sporting!

Colette and I gave the girls a photo shoot yesterday, since they are moving to Washington next week, we had a lot of fun and once we finally got the 2 newborns calm at the same time we were happy! Audrey of course couldn't be fussed with much. Derek, Conner, Evan, Kyle and my brother Brant (who was here for the weekend) all went to see Harry Potter while we had Kate and Leyton for a couple hours and got this done! Yeah! For Audrey who hates being naked, this is great! After we all went to Outback for dinner. What a day!

So sweet! don't we love chubby babies? Cant believe Colettes is this chubby! We are gonna miss them a ton! We better get used to road trips to Washington now! Dereks sister moved to San Diego too gotta love it, 10 hr drive for either, hope Audrey does better in the car for our Southern California trip this year in October!

Evan has been naughty or nice this summer, no in betweens! he absolutely ADORES Audrey and its so cute, he can get her to sleep for me or whatever I need, 2 seconds later he is in timeout for beating up one of the other 2!!! we will take what we can!! cant believe he will be baptised next summer!

So Dereks cousins wife Whitney takes these amazing pictures, so I took all the kids over there (which was an accomplishment in itself) to get the perfect picture of Audrey for her announcement, I think we succeeded! Audrey was not her best that day and I know that we could've gotten better ones if she wasn't such a stinker, but I am happy!

This is Kate before not quite sure she knew what she was in for! but didn't cry.. she was just "a little sad". She called dad and told him she can be a big sister now because she has pierced ears! She is so much fun!

I LOVE AUDREY!!!!! She has been wonderful and she is so cuddly! I am so glad we made the leap of faith and tried once more. We both felt there was a girl to come to our family and now here she is! It has been a rough go this past yr and a half, but all worth it! The pregnancy was so terrifying and LONG (especially the last 3 mo w/ NO SUGAR!!!) We are so glad she is here and safe and very loved!
